Sous Chef-Western

The Sous Chef-Western position is now open. The selected candidate will work in the restaurant's Western kitchen. The primary responsibilities of this role include supporting the Head Chef in kitchen management, ingredient preparation, cooking according to restaurant standards, and maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace, including controlling food quality to the highest standards. Additionally, there may be involvement in developing new menus and training team members. Applicants should have a good understanding of Western cooking techniques, possess skills in managing time and kitchen resources, be able to work well under pressure, and be committed to delivering the best dining experience to customers.
