Sous Chef

We are seeking a Sous Chef, open to male and female applicants, not exceeding 28 years of age. Educational qualifications are not restricted, but a background in culinary arts will be given special consideration. Applicants with experience in Fine Dining restaurants will also be considered favorably. The salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 25,000 Baht per month. Candidates should have a passion for service. The primary responsibilities of this role include supporting the Head Chef in kitchen management, food preparation, and ensuring food quality meets standards. Company benefits include an equally distributed Service Charge, one staff meal per shift, social security, performance-based bonuses, and annual salary adjustments. Additionally, there are discounts at affiliated restaurants, 6-10 days of annual leave, annual company trips (subject to conditions), and staff uniforms.

Male/Female, not exceeding 28 years of age. No educational restrictions (culinary background is a plus). Fine Dining restaurant experience is a plus.
