Shift Manager

The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing restaurant operations during their assigned shift, including supervising staff to ensure they perform according to established standards. Additionally, they must handle any emergent issues that may arise during operations and maintain order within the restaurant. Applicant qualifications include being 18 years or older, no educational degree restrictions, but must have team management experience and prior experience in the restaurant business. Applicants should possess leadership qualities, be adept at problem-solving, have a cheerful and friendly personality, be diligent, patient, and able to work in shifts. Benefits include one meal per shift, social security, shift/overtime pay, attendance bonus, weekly day off, and three special holidays. This position is located at Burapha University, Chonburi Province.
