Shift Leader

Shift Leader position open to interested individuals. No gender restrictions, age 20-40 years old, vocational certificate (PVS) or higher, and prior experience as a supervisor. Applicants must be able to work in shifts and be comfortable with commuting. For the production department position, we are open to individuals aged 18 and above with an ID card. The daily wage is 400 Baht. Additionally, there is overtime pay (OT) at 75 Baht per hour, a night shift allowance of 80 Baht per day, and a special task allowance of 15 Baht. Employees will receive a diligence bonus of 600 Baht per month and can receive an emergency advance of 1,000 Baht. Free plain rice and specially priced meals are provided. Applicants for the Shift Leader position should have good stress tolerance and strong leadership qualities. The starting salary for the Shift Leader position is 13,500 Baht per month.
