Online Sales Officer

We are seeking an Online Sales Officer, open to both male and female applicants aged 25 to 42. Candidates with experience in closing sales via online channels or experience managing online advertising will be given special consideration. Successful candidates must possess excellent negotiation skills and effective communication abilities. Applicants must be able to travel to the Khukwang branch. Prior experience working in a gold shop will be considered a special advantage, but those without such experience are also welcome to apply as the company provides training. Key responsibilities include online sales, managing customer accounts, closing sales through various online channels such as Facebook and LINE OA, communicating with customers to present product information, coordinating with the physical store, summarizing daily sales, and preparing reports on online customer needs.

Male/Female, aged 25-42. Experience in online sales closing or Ads management will be considered. Good negotiation and communication skills. Able to travel to the branch (Main work location: Khukwang). Gold shop experience is a plus! (but trainable).
