Telephone Sales Representative

We are hiring Telephone Sales Representatives. Applicants must be 20 years or older. A high school diploma or higher is required, and no prior experience is necessary. However, if you have a lower secondary school certificate, at least 1 year of experience in telesales or insurance sales is required. Selected candidates will receive a starting salary of 15,500 Baht per month, plus a 2,500 Baht attendance bonus. There are opportunities to earn incentives and commissions based on performance, with commissions up to 16% and no ceiling. Additionally, there are semi-annual and annual bonuses. The company provides a customer database, so you don't need to find your own clients, and free sales training is provided by a professional team. Company benefits include life and health insurance. Life insurance provides coverage up to 36 times the salary, and health insurance covers both outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) services with no out-of-pocket expenses.
