Head of Sales

The company is hiring for the position of Head of Sales. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience. Experience as a sales supervisor or managing a sales team for at least 1 year will be a special consideration. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, coaching the team to develop closing skills and techniques, building good customer relationships, negotiation, building partner networks, analyzing the market and competitors, and coordinating with the production and R&D departments. Additionally, there is a benefit for overtime work at a rate of 1.5 times the normal wage.
