Telesales - Car Loans & Car Insurance

We are hiring for a Telesales position specializing in car loans and car insurance. Open to both male and female applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent, aged 22-45. Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills, a cheerful disposition, and strong negotiation abilities. Prior experience in call centers or telesales will be an advantage. New hires will receive a special support allowance of 5,000 Baht per month for the first 3 months of employment. Successful candidates will earn a base salary of 30,000 Baht per month, along with various benefits including social security, group insurance, vacation leave, attendance bonus, and special allowances. Additionally, there are opportunities for incentives and performance awards, annual company parties, and overseas trips. The company provides a ready customer database for employees to utilize. The primary responsibility of this role is to present and sell car loan and car insurance products via telephone, utilizing communication and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.

Male/Female, High School Diploma or higher, Age 22-45. Good interpersonal skills, cheerful, good negotiation skills. Call center/telesales experience considered a plus!! For applicants with a driving license, receive 5,000 Baht/month for the first 3 months.
