Leasing Space Sales Officer

The company is recruiting for the position of Leasing Space Sales Officer with a salary range of 25,000 to 40,000 Baht per month. Applicants must be 25 years or older and have a vocational certificate (PVS) or higher education. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in selling leasing space in shopping malls, possess negotiation and sales presentation skills, and be honest and dedicated to their work. The primary responsibility of this position is to sell and manage leasing space to maximize benefits for the company. General responsibilities for this position include contacting and coordinating with clients, presenting information about leasing space, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining relationships with tenants to achieve the company's sales targets.
