Job Description
The Sales Admin position is open to applicants aged between 22 and 35 years old. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, be meticulous, and able to solve problems effectively. The salary for this position is 12,000 Baht per month.
Applicants should be proficient in chat typing and have good communication skills. They should have a passion for sales and customer service, and be proficient in basic computer use, including LINE, Facebook, and Shopee. Responsibilities include responding to customer chats via various channels, providing information and recommending products that meet customer needs, closing sales and upselling/cross-selling, summarizing orders, verifying payments, and recording data into the system. This also involves coordinating with the warehouse and delivery departments, as well as tracking orders and providing after-sales customer care. Additionally, there is an attendance bonus of 1,000 Baht.
