Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager position in Phuket. We are looking for individuals with a good personality, a cheerful disposition, and a passion for service. Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, able to work in shifts, including public holidays, and capable of performing well under pressure. Selected candidates will be responsible for efficiently managing the restaurant. A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel management is required, along with strong leadership and team management skills. The ability to plan, control budgets, and analyze performance is essential, as are excellent communication and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to service quality.
