Condominium Manager

Condominium Manager position open for male or female applicants, aged between 30 and 45 years. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and have 3 to 5 years or more of experience in building management or juristic person management. Applicants should possess leadership skills, be able to plan, control, and follow up on work effectively, as well as be proficient in computer usage, especially MS Word and MS Excel. Key responsibilities include managing a team of building managers and unit staff, planning and monitoring the performance of each project, and coordinating with clients and the juristic person committee. Additionally, responsibilities include preparing reports and presenting them to management, and the ability to travel to inspect various sites. Selected candidates will receive opportunities for growth and challenges in a professional building management career. The position is located in the Ratchada 19, Huai Khwang, Bangkok area.
