Proficiency in conducting property tours (houses/condos) and effective presentation skills are essential, along with creativity and a keen eye for current trends. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing documentation, and accurately summarizing reports. Candidates must be able to drive, possess good interpersonal skills, coordinate effectively, be detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the real estate industry. Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Word and Excel is required.
