R&D Department Staff

The company is hiring for the R&D department. Basic qualifications include: male, under 30 years old, with an education level of Matthayom 3 (Grade 9) or higher. Applicants must be able to work in shifts and overtime, and have experience in machine setup. Experience working in a color room will be considered an advantage. Responsibilities for this position involve the production of plastic parts for the automotive industry, such as car audio bezels and car air conditioning bezels, as well as technical and experimental work, machine setup for work preparation, and operations in the color room. Additionally, coordination and other assigned tasks are required. Regarding compensation and benefits, the company offers a minimum daily wage of 400 Baht, with overtime rates of 1.5, 2, and 3 times, including meal allowances for employees working overtime. Other benefits include night shift allowance, night shift meal allowance, housing allowance, travel allowance, attendance bonus, birthday bonus, marriage bonus, get-well gift, accident insurance, social security, and workmen's compensation fund.
