QC Staff

The company is located in Rojana 2 Industrial Estate, Uthai Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. This QC Staff position is open to women aged between 18 and 45 years old, with an educational qualification of at least lower secondary school. Applicants must be able to commute to work independently and be able to work in shifts. Successful candidates will receive a minimum daily wage of 357 Baht. The main duty of a QC Staff is to inspect the quality of products according to specified standards, including the use of various measuring instruments in their work. In addition to the basic salary, there are additional benefits such as overtime pay at 1.5x, 2x, and 3x, including meal allowances for the morning shift of 30 Baht per day and the night shift of 40 Baht per day. There is also a night shift allowance of 35 Baht per day, and skill or hardship allowances in some departments, with skill allowance at 30 Baht per day and hardship allowance at 15 Baht per day. Furthermore, there is a monthly cost of living allowance ranging from 500 to 700 Baht per month, and a special bonus of 1,000 Baht for employees who complete every 3 months of work without any absence exceeding 10 minutes and without any absenteeism. The company pays salaries in installments. The first installment period cuts off from the 21st to the 5th, with payment on the 15th of the following month. The second installment period cuts off from the 6th to the 20th, with payment at the end of the month. There is also an on-site work allowance of 50 Baht per day, and consideration for permanent employment after a 3-month probation period according to company conditions.
