White is looking for more team members this June ✨ Open Positions: 1. Project Manager (Supervisor/Senior) Responsible for client relations, adapting marketing proposals to meet client needs. Acting as the primary coordinator with clients, managing client requirements, creating professional proposals and presentations. Planning campaign operations to align with client needs, preparing cost estimations and controlling costs. Managing workload, coordinating with internal teams (Creative, Production, Project-Co, Finance) and external parties (Suppliers). Qualifications: No educational degree requirement, experience in Consumer Events, Fan Meets, Seminars, and Staff Parties. Excellent coordination skills. 2. Production Supervise and oversee installation, structural work, and operations to ensure they follow the plan. Coordinate with suppliers and on-site teams. Inspect quality, neatness, and accuracy of the work. Control the use of equipment, materials, and ensure site readiness. Solve immediate problems, control budget and expenses. Knowledge of production materials, equipment, and tools. Qualifications: No gender or age limit. At least 2 years of experience in Events, Exhibitions, Roadshows, and Production. Good management and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve immediate problems. High responsibility, meticulous, open-minded. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
