Picker

The Picker position is related to picking goods. We are looking for male or female candidates aged 18-40 years old with at least a Primary School Certificate (Grade 6). Tattoos are acceptable, but a photo must be provided. For the Outbound Leader position, specific experience in this field is required. All applicants must be able to work night shifts. Compensation and benefits include a starting salary of 11,160 Baht per month, plus overtime as determined by the site. Additionally, there is a travel allowance of 500 Baht per month, a housing allowance of 1,000 Baht per month, and a meal allowance of 35 Baht per day for days worked. A tiered attendance bonus ranging from 500-700 Baht per month is provided. A special attendance bonus of 1,000 Baht is given if there are no absences, leaves, or lateness for 4 consecutive months (excluding vacation leave), totaling 1,700 Baht. There are annual salary adjustments and two annual bonuses, depending on client performance. Employees receive social security, a free uniform from the start date, and can receive an advance of 3,000 Baht per month. A travel allowance is provided as there is no shuttle service. Salary payments are made only through Kasikorn Bank accounts and are disbursed at the end of each month, regardless of holidays. The work location is at Bangna-Trad Km. 23, Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan Province.
