Outbound CRM Telesales

The Outbound CRM Telesales position is open for female applicants aged between 20 and 45 years. Those who have completed high school or vocational certificate ( ปวช. ) or higher will be considered. Applicants should possess good communication and negotiation skills, a genuine passion for service, be determined, focused, ready to learn new things, and have a goal to achieve sales targets. Experience in selling skincare or dietary supplement products will be an advantage. The main responsibilities of this position include contacting the customer base by phone to present skincare products such as NAD Age Reversing Serum, confirming orders, and introducing various promotions to increase sales through Upsell and Cross-sell strategies. Additionally, you must accurately and systematically record conversation details, customer needs, and customer history in the CRM system.
