Job Description
Night Guest Service Agent responsible for welcoming and professionally serving guests throughout the night shift. Efficiently handle guest check-in, check-out, and inquiries, as well as promptly respond to guest requests and complaints.
Applicants must be able to provide accurate information about hotel facilities to ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service. Additionally, they must be able to perform night audit procedures according to hotel standards, verify guest charges, payments, and room rates, balance daily revenue, and prepare necessary reports. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license.
