Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Development, Environment, or related fields. • Knowledge of project operations and public participation processes. • Good personality and interpersonal skills. • Creative and proactive. • Strong problem-solving, work management, and time management skills. • Ability to work well under pressure. • Proficient in MS Office. • Good English communication skills. • Ability to travel to provinces occasionally. • Direct experience will be considered a plus. Responsibilities: • Develop PR plans, project details, and community relations activities. • Coordinate internally and externally, and build good relationships with local communities. • Summarize results and prepare relevant reports. • Promote and organize other project activities. • Other assigned tasks.
