Job Description

The company is hiring for the position of Assembly Assistant, with a daily compensation rate of 410 to 550 Baht. Applicants must be male, aged between 20 and 48 years, and have a minimum education of Prathom 6. For applicants with 1 year or more of experience as an assembler, the ability to read blueprints and perform basic calculations related to assembly work is required. Additionally, all applicants must be able to use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, or other tools related to assembly work. Key responsibilities for the Assembly Assistant include lifting, cutting, drilling, grinding, and assembling Boiler/Pressure Vessel components, as well as performing water pressure tests, coiling and shaping metal, assisting with assembly tasks, welding, and various fabrication processes. The company offers employee benefits including a travel allowance of 20 Baht per day, overtime pay twice a month, attendance bonuses of 500, 800, or 1,000 Baht, annual bonuses based on performance, a provident fund, 16 annual holidays, group life insurance, 7 days of vacation (increasing with tenure), uniforms, 5 days of paid personal leave, as well as annual trips and other benefits.

Requirements
