Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff. Applicants must have a lower secondary education (Mathayom 3) or equivalent from the Non-Formal Education (NFE) system. Must be physically healthy, able to work overtime and in shifts, and able to commute to work independently as there is no shuttle service. Compensation and benefits include a base wage of 372 Baht per day with 2.5 hours of overtime daily, calculated at 69.75 Baht per hour. Additionally, there is a night shift allowance of 50 Baht per day, a meal allowance of 50 Baht per day, and an overtime meal allowance of 25 Baht per day. A diligence bonus of 500 Baht per month is also provided, with opportunities for permanent employment conversion. Annual bonuses are based on company performance, and employees can receive an advance salary of up to 5,000 Baht on the 25th of each month.
