Production Staff

The company is located in Bang Pa-In Industrial Estate, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Working conditions are in accordance with factory standards. There is a staff shuttle bus and work schedule is Saturday off every other week, with Sundays off regularly. This production staff position is open to individuals aged 18 to 37 years with an educational qualification of at least lower secondary education. The main duty is to produce electronic components. There are opportunities for continuous overtime work, with overtime rates varying according to the number of hours worked. The basic compensation is 357 Baht per day. Additionally, there are other benefits such as a meal allowance of 20 Baht, a uniform allowance of 10 or 20 Baht, a cost of living allowance of 35 Baht, and a shift allowance of 580 Baht, including a diligence allowance of 800 to 1,000 Baht. Employees will be converted to permanent staff after passing a 4-month probation period.
