Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff aged between 18 and 45 years old, and Shift Leaders aged 25 years and above. Gender is not restricted. Applicants for the Production Staff position must have an educational qualification of Matthayom 3 (Grade 9) or higher. For the Shift Leader position, a vocational certificate (PVS) or higher is required. All applicants must be physically healthy and suitable for factory work. Regarding compensation and benefits, employees will receive a minimum wage of 400 Baht per day with guaranteed income, plus overtime (OT) at 75 Baht per hour. OT is available every day for 2 to 5 hours. Additionally, there is a diligence allowance of 600 Baht per month, a transportation allowance of 80 Baht per day, and a 1,000 Baht bonus upon completing 4 months of work. There is also an annual bonus, social security, and free work uniforms with equipment.
