Factory Worker

Factory workers will receive a daily wage of 400 Baht, along with various benefits such as a lunch allowance of 40 Baht per day and a meal allowance of 40 Baht per day for overtime work after 10 PM. Additionally, there is a transportation allowance of 30 Baht per day and a diligence bonus ranging from 300 to 700 Baht, paid on a tiered basis. Employees receive 21 traditional holidays per year according to the calendar and are entitled to 30 days of sick leave per year with a doctor's certificate, as well as 3 days of personal leave per year. Regarding work compensation, overtime is paid at 1.5 times the normal rate, and holiday work is paid at 2.0 times the normal rate. For overtime work on traditional holidays or calendar holidays, compensation is 3.0 times the normal rate. The company provides PPE equipment to all employees. This position is located at Pintang 1, Sriracha, Chonburi, and has no educational qualification requirements.
