Job Description
Production Staff position involves operating in the areas of wearing cleanroom suits, using microscopes, controlling machinery, processing, and testing. Applicants must have at least a lower secondary education and be 18 years or older. Work is shift-based, and the ability to work in a cleanroom is required.
Starting compensation is 357 Baht per day, with various benefits such as overtime pay exceeding 229.50 Baht per day, food allowance of 20 Baht per day, and attendance bonuses at various rates, including a monthly installment bonus of 1,000 Baht. Additionally, free shuttle bus services are available in many provinces, including Bangkok, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, Saraburi, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Lopburi, and Nakhon Nayok. Employees will receive social security benefits, annual bonuses, and annual salary adjustments, with salary paid on the 10th and 25th of each month.
