Production Staff

Production Staff position with a daily income of 363 to 378 Baht. Applicants must be able to work in shifts. Company benefits include shift allowances for each shift, such as Shift A 20 Baht/day, Shift M 25 Baht/day, Shift B 30 Baht/day, Shift N 50 Baht/day, and Shift C 45 Baht/day. Additionally, there is a meal allowance of 25 Baht/day and an overtime meal allowance of 25 Baht/day, a standing allowance of 100 Baht per installment, a continuous work bonus of 500 Baht per installment, employee shuttle service, controlled-price meals, free plain rice, annual health check-ups, social security, a first-aid room, the Workmen's Compensation Fund, and various types of leave. The company offers overtime pay at a rate of 1:1.5 for rush hours between 6:00-10:00 AM and 3:00-6:00 PM, calculated at 150%. Normal hours between 10:00 AM-3:00 PM and 6:00-10:00 PM are calculated at 125%. Holidays are calculated at 200%, and public holidays at 400%. There is also a seniority allowance based on length of service, such as 150 Baht per installment for employees who have worked for 6 months or more, 300 Baht per installment for those who have worked for 1 year or more, and 450 Baht per installment for those who have worked for 2 years or more. Free employee uniforms are also provided.
