Production Staff

Production staff will receive a minimum wage of 20,000 Baht per month, with a daily wage of 362 Baht or 357 Baht, plus overtime pay of 135.75 Baht and night shift allowance of 70-100 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a food allowance of 45 Baht per day (35 Baht for overtime) and a travel allowance of 40 Baht per day. Interested candidates must be 18 years or older, have completed at least Matthayom 3 (Grade 9), be physically fit, have no chronic diseases, be able to stand and work on the production line, and be punctual and responsible. Additional benefits include bonuses twice a year, attendance bonuses of 600-1,000 Baht per month, and KPI bonuses of 0-4,000 Baht per month. Employees will be eligible for permanent employment after 6 months of service and will receive free dormitory services for both men and women. There is also a cost of living allowance of 1,000 Baht per month, a shift allowance of 60 Baht per day, a camera allowance of 8-12 Baht per day, a skill allowance of 10 Baht per day, health insurance for employees and their children, a uniform subsidy for support staff up to 2,520 Baht, and shuttle bus services from many nearby provinces.
