Factory Worker

We are hiring female factory workers, aged between 18 and 40 years old, to work in the Nawa Nakorn area, Ayutthaya Province. The job involves sitting work in an air-conditioned room. No chemical protective clothing is required, and makeup is allowed. Workers will receive a base salary of 372 Baht per day, with opportunities for overtime. Overtime rates are 1.5 times (69.75 Baht per hour), 2 times (93 Baht per hour), and 3 times (139.5 Baht per hour). Additionally, there is a night shift allowance of 50 Baht per hour, a meal allowance of 20-35 Baht per day, and a diligence bonus of 800 to 1,000 Baht per month. Additional company benefits include accident insurance up to 100,000 Baht, social security, and the Workmen's Compensation Fund, as well as free transportation, free uniforms, and free rice with affordable meals.
