Production Staff

Production staff will receive a daily wage of 372 Baht. There will be a probation review for permanent employment. Overtime rates are 1.5x (69.75 Baht/hr), 2.0x (93.00 Baht/hr), and 3.0x (139.50 Baht/hr), including holiday overtime. Additionally, there is an attendance bonus of 1,000 Baht per month and a shift allowance of up to 800 Baht per month. Staff will receive free rice and affordably priced side dishes. Advance salary is available, and shuttle bus services are provided on various routes such as Thai Rani, Phra In, Wang Noi, Rangsit, Ranburi Nakhonchai, and Khlong Luang 1-4. Applicant qualifications include: Male, height 165-170 cm, and completed military service. Female, height 155-170 cm. Age between 20-33 years. Education level from Matthayom 3 (direct line) upwards. Must be in good health and able to stand for work. Additional conditions include no visible tattoos outside of clothing, high responsibility, and ability to work night shifts (some departments may be day shift only). Job duties will cover assembly, data entry, store management, and quality control (QC), including standing work and appropriate makeup for the position. The work location is Nawa Nakorn, Wang Noi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.
