Production Department

Selected candidates will work in the production department, with the main responsibility of controlling and overseeing the production process according to specified standards, including quality inspection of products during production, and basic maintenance of machinery to ensure readiness for use. Applicants must be physically fit and healthy, have no criminal record, and possess an educational qualification of at least Primary School Level 6. The starting compensation rate is 400 Baht per day. Additionally, there are various benefits such as a travel allowance of 45 Baht per day, a food allowance of 40 Baht per day, accommodation of 1,000 Baht per month, a diligence bonus of 500-1,200 Baht per month, and a shift allowance of 50-70 Baht per day. For overtime work, there are special compensation rates: OT 1.5x (75 Baht/hour), OT 2x (100 Baht/hour), and OT 3x (150 Baht/hour), including a meal allowance for overtime of 30 Baht per day (when working OT for 2.5 hours or more). The company also provides an annual bonus, social security, annual leave, sick leave, and personal leave for employees. This position is located at Amata City Industrial Estate (China Zone), Rayong Province.
