Production Staff

This position operates in the Bang Pa-in Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya Province. It is an air-conditioned environment requiring standing work, with no need for scope inspection or smoking. Production staff will receive a daily wage of 325 Baht. Additionally, there is overtime pay at 1.5 times for the first 3 hours each day, 2.0 times on holidays, and 3.0 times when working overtime for a full 3 hours per day. This also includes night shift allowance and meal allowance when working overtime for 3 hours. Applicants must be male or female, aged between 18 and 35 years. Males must have completed military service. Minimum height is 155 cm. Education must be at least Matthayom 3 (equivalent to Grade 9). The company accepts employees with tattoos visible outside of clothing, and who have no prior criminal record. Applicants must be able to work overtime and in shifts. Benefits for this position include attendance bonus, public holidays as stipulated by law, advance salary on the 18th of each month, and social security.
