Production Staff

Production staff will receive a basic wage of 362 Baht per day, plus shift allowances ranging from 70 to 100 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a meal allowance of 45 Baht per day and an OT meal allowance of 35 Baht per day, along with a travel allowance of 40 Baht per day. Those who complete 6 months of service are eligible for permanent employment. Furthermore, there is a diligence bonus of up to 1,000 Baht per month and KPI performance pay of up to 4,000 Baht per month. This position is open to all genders, and applicants must be able to work in shifts. The work location is at Rojana Industrial Park 3, Uthai District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, with a total monthly income ranging from 16,000 to 22,000 Baht, depending on overtime work and performance.
