Production Staff

The company is recruiting production staff with the following qualifications: All genders, aged 18 years and above, with an educational background of at least lower secondary school (Mathayom 3) or equivalent. Applicants must be able to work overtime (OT) and in shifts. Must be honest, punctual, and responsible for work. Experience in production will be an advantage. Regarding compensation and benefits, the company pays a minimum wage of 377 Baht per day, with overtime (OT) at a rate of 70.69 Baht per hour. Additionally, there is a night shift allowance of 60 Baht per day and a meal allowance for the night shift of 40 Baht per day, including a heat allowance of 50-100 Baht per day, and a monthly attendance bonus of 400-600 Baht. Employees will receive free rice and subsidized meals at staff prices, along with shuttle bus services on routes Bang Bua Thong, Bang Kruai, Tha Nam Nonthaburi, and Sombat Buri.
