Factory Worker

Factory workers will be responsible for performing assigned tasks on the production line to ensure efficient production processes. Workers should be between 18 and 40 years old and have at least a lower secondary education. Applicants must be able to work overtime as required by the factory. Salaries for this position will range from 18,000 to 25,000 Baht per month. The factory is located in Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. It offers attractive benefits such as over 20 shuttle bus routes, a food allowance of 45 Baht per day, and an overtime food allowance of 35 Baht, including a daily travel allowance of 40 Baht. Additionally, there are overtime rates of 1.5, 2, and 3 times the normal rate, along with a night shift allowance of 70-100 Baht, attendance bonuses of 600-1,000 Baht, and performance bonuses (KPI) that can reach up to 4,000 Baht.
