Production Staff

Production staff will receive a minimum daily wage of 362 Baht, along with various benefits such as night shift allowance of 70-100 Baht per day, meal allowance of 45 Baht per day, and OT meal allowance of 35 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a travel allowance of 40 Baht per day, monthly KPI performance bonus ranging from 0-4,000 Baht, and attendance bonus of 600, 800, or 1,000 Baht per month. Those who work for 6 days will receive an extra 1,000 Baht. Other benefits include free shuttle bus, free uniform, and free health check-up. Applicants must be 18 years or older, have a minimum education of Matthayom 3 (equivalent to lower secondary school), and there is no gender restriction. This position may involve QA-QC work, machine operation, electronic component assembly, functional testing, testing, packing, assembly, including inspection (with and without magnification), and computer usage. The job location is at Rojana Industrial Park, Phase 3, Uthai District, Ayutthaya Province.
