Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff. Applicants must be 18 years or older, have at least a lower secondary education (M.3), and no chronic illnesses that may hinder work. Successful candidates must be able to work in shifts, in a cleanroom environment, wear work attire, and be able to use a 10X microscope. Compensation includes a minimum daily wage of 357 Baht. Additional benefits and compensation include a 1,000 Baht bonus upon completion of 1 month of service, morning shift allowance of 50 Baht/day, night shift allowance of 100 Baht/day, and overtime (OT) pay at 1.5 times (76.50 Baht/hour), 2 times (102 Baht/hour), and 3 times (153 Baht/hour). There is also a diligence bonus of 500, 700, or 900 Baht per month based on conditions. The company provides uniforms, meals at only 5 Baht per dish, and a standard canteen with air-conditioned shuttle bus service on multiple routes for employee convenience. The workplace is located in Bang Sai, Ayutthaya Province, and Pathum Thani Province.
