Production Staff

This position is for Production Staff, located in Panat Nikhom District, Chonburi Province, and nearby areas such as Pan Thong. Applicants must be male, aged between 20 and 37 years old, have completed military service, and possess at least a lower secondary education. Ability to work in shifts and overtime is required. The main responsibilities of this role include the production and assembly of air compressors, including air conditioning receiver dryers. Regarding compensation, employees will receive a minimum wage of 400 Baht per day. Additionally, there are other benefits such as overtime pay at various rates depending on the working day and type of overtime, free meals on regular working days, meal allowances on holidays and shift days, and attendance bonuses with values varying based on the duration of employment. There is a shift allowance for night shifts, and advance salary payments are available on the 25th of each month. The company provides 13 public holidays per year, along with recreational activities such as an annual party and an annual trip. There is also a shuttle bus service for employees on routes including Ban Kao, Pan Thong, Panat Nikhom, and Koh Pho, Chonburi Province.
