Job Description
This factory worker position is open to males aged between 18 and 45 years. Applicants must be able to work in shifts. The starting salary is 18,000 Baht per month, with a daily wage of 357 Baht plus 1.5x overtime. Additional compensation includes meal allowances for the morning shift (35 Baht) and night shift (55 Baht), a night shift allowance of 35 Baht, and a daily travel allowance of 35 Baht.
Other benefits provided by the company include monthly cost of living allowances of 200, 400, or 600 Baht, and attendance bonuses of 400 or 800 Baht per month. Salary payments are disbursed weekly on the 10th and 25th of the month. Additionally, there are annual bonuses, position adjustments, and guaranteed daily overtime. The workplace is located at Bang Pa-in Industrial Estate, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.
