Factory Worker

The company provides free shuttle bus service throughout the journey, with overtime pay for 3 hours per day and shift allowances of 50 Baht for the morning shift and 100 Baht for the night shift. Additionally, there is a food allowance of 20 Baht and monthly attendance bonuses of 500 Baht, 700 Baht, or 900 Baht according to specified conditions. This includes social security and workmen's compensation fund, as well as affordably priced food controlled by the factory, and 2 free uniform sets. This factory worker position requires applicants to be 18 years or older with at least a Matthayom 3 (Grade 9) education. Employees must be able to work in shifts and are not permitted to wear cosmetics while working. The job involves standing work, using a microscope, and wearing cleanroom attire.
