Production Staff

Production staff will receive a starting salary of 10,710 Baht per month. Applicants must be female or tom, aged between 25-35 years old, with at least a lower secondary education and at least 1 year of work experience. Must be able to stand for work and work in shifts, possess basic knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, IATF16949 systems, and be able to commute to work independently as the company does not provide transportation. Key responsibilities include assembly, electronics work, coil winding, and plastic injection molding. Additionally, the company offers various benefits such as a travel allowance of 1,200 Baht/month, food allowance of 900 Baht/month, another travel allowance of 700 Baht/month, a night shift allowance of 50 Baht/day, meal allowance for overtime exceeding 2 hours of 40 Baht/day, attendance bonuses of 350, 500, or 650 Baht, a birthday gift worth 500 Baht, annual bonuses and annual salary increases based on company performance, annual health check-ups, and annual leave up to 20 days based on tenure. This position is located at the Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Bang Pa-In, Ayutthaya Province.
