Production Staff

Production staff will be responsible for performing assigned production processes, including working in cleanroom conditions, wearing a smock, and performing tasks requiring microscope use for 8 to 11 hours per day. Applicants must be able to work in shifts, with shifts rotating weekly. Requirements for this position include being female, aged between 19 and 45 years old, with an educational qualification of at least lower secondary school (Mathayom 3) or equivalent. Graduates from non-formal education (G.N.O.) are also welcome to apply. Regarding compensation, the company offers a daily wage starting at 370 Baht. Additionally, there are various benefits and overtime pay, such as overtime for normal working days at 208.13 Baht/day, overtime for holidays at 740 Baht/day, and 3-hour overtime on holidays at 416.25 Baht. This includes a meal allowance of 30 Baht, morning shift allowance of 10 Baht, night shift allowance of 40 Baht, cost of living allowance of 22 Baht, department welfare allowance of 22 Baht, and travel allowance of 27 Baht per day. The workplace is located at Rojana Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya Province.
