Production Staff

Production staff will stand for the entire shift and must wear a work uniform (smock). They will use a magnifying glass to control machinery. Individuals who wear makeup cannot work in this position. Compensation includes a daily wage of 377 Baht, with a morning shift allowance of 40 Baht per day and a night shift allowance of 80 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a meal allowance of 30-35 Baht per day, along with attendance bonuses ranging from 325-1,425 Baht per month, and a shift attendance bonus of 500 Baht per month. Overtime on holidays is compensated at 1,307 Baht per week. The work schedule is 4 days on, 2 days off. The production areas and canteen are air-conditioned, and multiple shuttle bus routes are available for employee convenience. Employees will be stationed at the factory in Mueang Pathum Thani District, Pathum Thani Province.
