Factory Worker

The company is hiring factory workers. Male, aged between 20 and 35 years old, with a minimum education of lower secondary school (Mathayom 3). Height must be 160 cm or taller. Applicants must have completed military service or military cadet training (possessing Sor. Por. 8 or Sor. Por. 43) and have normal eyesight without color blindness. Additionally, no tattoos visible outside of clothing, no criminal record, and no involvement with any type of drugs are required. Must be able to work in shifts. Applicants with a motorcycle or car driving license will be given special consideration. Workers will receive a daily wage of 400 Baht, plus a food allowance of 43 Baht per day, and a housing allowance of 1,050 Baht per month. For night shift work, an additional compensation of 230 Baht per day and an overtime food allowance of 50 Baht per day will be provided. Furthermore, there is a tiered attendance bonus and an annual attendance bonus of 1,750 Baht, along with a performance-based bonus. The company provides social security and a shuttle service along designated routes for employees. This position is located at the Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province, with a monthly income ranging between 17,000 and 22,000 Baht.
