Production Staff

Work at Honda Rojana Prachin Buri Factory, Chachoengsao Province. Position: Production Staff. Various working conditions and compensation are offered. Basic wage is 361 Baht per day for 8 hours of work, and 722 Baht per day for holidays. Overtime work is paid at 1.5 times the rate, calculated at 67.69 Baht per hour, and 3 times the rate, calculated at 135.38 Baht per hour. After completing 6 months of service, the wage will be adjusted to 366 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a monthly attendance bonus of 700 Baht. Shift allowances are 36 Baht for the morning shift, 123 Baht for the afternoon shift, 190 Baht for the evening shift, and 210 Baht for the night shift. There is also a special allowance of 990 Baht per month and a housing allowance of 900 Baht, including meal allowances for overtime work between 25-37 Baht. Other company benefits include annual leave of 6-9 days, free lunch, and specially priced breakfast. Uniforms are provided with free laundry service, as well as dormitory and shuttle bus services at no cost. Furthermore, new account opening fees, funeral assistance, and accident insurance coverage of 100,000 Baht are provided free of charge. Bonuses are paid 3 times a year according to company announcements. Facilities include a sports field, a gym, and various company activities. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be no older than 35 years old.
