Factory Worker

The company is hiring factory workers. Male, aged between 18 and 35 years old. Applicants must have a high school diploma or vocational certificate ( ปวช. ) or higher and must have completed military conscription. Additionally, applicants must possess a motorcycle or car driver's license. Qualifications include: no prior employment with the company, no metal implants in the body, and no color blindness. For compensation and benefits, employees will receive a daily wage of 361 Baht, plus a monthly attendance bonus of 700 Baht, and a bonus twice a year. There is also an additional bonus payment once a year, including a housing allowance of 900 Baht per month. For shift allowances, there is a morning shift allowance of 36 Baht, an afternoon shift allowance of 123 Baht, an evening shift allowance of 190 Baht, and a night shift allowance of 210 Baht. There is also an overtime meal allowance of 25 Baht, along with free dormitory, free shuttle bus, free lunch, and free uniform with laundry service. The work location is at the Rojana Industrial Estate, Prachinburi Province.
