Machine Operator

The company is recruiting Machine Operators. Basic qualifications include: Male, aged 18 years and above, with a high school diploma (M.6) or higher, and must have work experience. Applicants must be able to work overtime and in shifts, and must be able to commute to work independently. The salary for this position is 385 Baht per day. Additionally, there are other benefits such as a travel allowance of 72 Baht per day, a meal allowance of 32 Baht per day, a morning shift allowance of 30 Baht, and a night shift allowance of 50 Baht per day. Average overtime pay is 180 Baht per day, with attendance bonuses up to 800 Baht per month. The company offers an annual bonus of 1 month's salary and will consider permanent employment within 1 month for employees with no absences, leaves, or lateness. Employees receive their salary on the 10th and 25th of each month. A free bank account can be opened to receive salary through Kasikornbank. Other benefits include a birthday allowance of 400 Baht, an air-conditioned canteen, social security, workers' compensation fund, starting annual leave of 6 days, internal and external training, as well as annual travel, social, and sports activities. The job location is at Bangkadi Industrial Estate, Pathum Thani Province.
