Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff. Basic qualifications include: male, aged between 18 and 38 years old, with an education level of at least Primary School Grade 6. Applicants must have no criminal record. The compensation for this position ranges from 400 to 440 Baht per day. General department wages are 400 Baht per day, and polishing department wages are 440 Baht per day. Additional benefits include bonuses, monthly attendance incentives of 400 to 700 Baht per month, night shift and night travel allowance of 85 Baht per day, meal allowance of 10 Baht per day, and travel allowance of 39 Baht per day. For overtime (OT) on normal working days, the rate is 81.49 Baht per hour for a base wage of 400 Baht, and 88.99 Baht per hour for a base wage of 440 Baht. An additional OT meal allowance of 30 Baht per day is provided if working OT for 3 hours or more. The company also offers health and insurance benefits, such as free annual health check-ups, accident insurance with a death benefit of 200,000 Baht, as well as social security fund, workmen's compensation fund, and employee welfare fund contributions. Additionally, employees receive free uniforms and safety shoes, and assistance with free bank account opening. The workplace is located in the Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province.
