Packaging Design and Development Engineer

This Packaging Design and Development Engineer position will be responsible for creating and improving packaging products to be efficient and meet market demands. Individuals in this role must understand engineering design principles and materials used in packaging production, including testing the quality and durability of packaging. The main duties of this position involve analyzing customer and market needs to develop new packaging design concepts. Additionally, collaboration with the production department is required to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards. This includes resolving issues that may arise during the production process and in the use of packaging.
