Production Staff

The company is hiring a large number of production staff. Applicants must be male, aged between 21 and 35 years old, with a high school diploma, vocational certificate (Por.Chor.), or higher vocational certificate (Por.Sor.). The probationary period is 120 days. Selected candidates will be assigned to operate machinery in the production process of adhesives for the automotive industry. Employees will receive a daily wage of 372 Baht under a stable subcontracting agreement with no contract expiration. Upon completing 1 year of service, employees will receive a 120-day bonus and a daily special allowance that increases annually. Additionally, there is a guaranteed 2-5 working hours per day with a diligence allowance of 1,200 Baht per month. During the probationary period, a meal allowance of 30 Baht per day will be provided. After passing probation, a cost of living allowance of 2,000 Baht per month will be given, along with a 15 Baht discount on daily lunch. The company also provides 3 sets of uniforms per year with daily cleaning services.
